This award recognises a business that continues to provide the delivery of quality customer service. You must be able to demonstrate how you measure customer satisfaction and steps you take that are above and beyond!

Criteria

  • Business’s vision statement is actively working through customer service and has demonstrated ongoing training etc. for improvements
  • Business demonstrates creative initiatives to maintain and attract customers to their business by running regular promotions, competitions, loyalty programs or other programs of engagement.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service using a variety of mediums
  • Encourages customers and staff to provide constructive feedback
  • Business has a structured process in place when dealing with customer complaints/compliments and acts upon them
